Preparing Your Mind and Heart for the QHHT Session

The most important preparation for a QHHT session is entering it with an open and receptive heart. To foster this openness, engage in quiet reflection, spend time in nature, or listen to calming music, go inward.

Your intention to have a great session is critical. Once you’ve decided to take a QHHT session, your Higher Self begins preparing you by opening the channel in you to communicate readily.

About Your QHHT Session

A QHHT session can last around 3-4 hours to ensure there’s enough time to allow your Higher Self reveals what you need to understand and heal at this point in your life. The length is needed to leave enough time for us to go through all your questions, the hypnosis session itself and the review afterwards.

Pre-Hypnosis Discussion

Before we begin with the hypnosis, we’ll discuss what you are most interested to learn from your Higher Self and go through your list of questions. This initial conversation is essential to understand your specific needs and shape the session accordingly.

 

During the QHHT Session

Part 1: Past Lives Journey

Breathing Exercise: We start with a powerful breathing exercise to help you stay grounded and centered.

Mindfulness: Focus on your breath and body, bringing your mind to a calm, receptive state.

Hypnotic State: You will be gently guided into a very deep state of hypnosis (theta state, or somnambulistic state) where you have access to that bigger part of you that knows all the answers. The bigger part of you sometimes called the Higher Self, Higher Wisdom, Higher Consciousness, Universal Mind, Over Soul, the Spirit and we’ll guide you through hypnosis to make connection with it.

While in this deep state of relaxation, you will be guided by our QHHT practitioner, travelling through 1-3 past lives or other experiences your soul has had through Past Life Regression.

You may imagine this is a multi-dimensional experience. You are travelling to past lives, at the same time, you are sharing with our QHHT Practitioner what you see, sense, feel and hear, so our QHHT Practitioner can facilitate your journey smoothly. 

Part 2: Conversations with Your Higher Self

You will then be facilitated to access your Higher Self to answer your list of questions. You will intuitively get the answers, or hear your Higher Self talking to you through images, signals, feelings or sensations. We commonly know this Higher Self aspect of us as our intuition or gut feeling, and it does speak through us but rarely is acknowledged. 

A lot of information from your higher self comes through during a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, new insights will come to light.

Part 3: Healing

During your QHHT session, your Higher Self will scan your body, using unique methods to promote healing on emotional and physical levels. It will also provide guidance on further steps for continued healing.

How to Approach the QHHT Session?

We recommend our clients approach the session with a childlike mindset. Think of this experience as tuning into an internal movie, watching it from a child’s mind’s eye. Engage all your senses, and trust that clarity will come as you share.

The more details you provide, the richer your journey will be, so please describe as vividly as possible as you work with our QHHT practitioner.

Trust Your Higher Self

Some people see vivid images, while others experience through their sixth senses. Trust whatever comes up and do not doubt it. It’s crucial to believe you are not making it up.

During your soul journey, you might be taken to experience:
  • Past or Present Lives: Explore previous or current lifetimes that hold relevance.
  • Different Forms: Experience life as a human, plant, animal or even other forms of existence.
  • Varied Locations: Travel through experiences on Earth (usually) or other realms.
 

If you don’t believe in past lives or are unsure, we simply call it a story. Either way, your High Self is taking you to the place where your questions, issues and things that you are curious to know originated. You may discover where something began at and why, then you can understand, heal and move on in a better way.

The Role of Your Higher Self

Taking a Backseat for Your Conscious Self

Your conscious self will be reminded that it will be taking a back seat in this experience. This means that your everyday, logical thinking mind becomes less dominant, allowing deeper, intuitive parts of your mind to emerge. With the conscious mind stepping aside, you can access memories, insights, and wisdom that are usually hidden beneath everyday awareness. 

Dolores Cannon calls the conscious self (ego) the ‘stupid self’ because it thinks it knows everything but really knows very little in the grand story of your soul’s experiences. It is easy to get into this deep state of relaxation as you let go and allow your Higher Self to take charge.

Your Higher Self in the Forefront

Connecting with your Higher Self is akin to being in the presence of Divine Love and light, and you will be able to feel this. It often manifests as a warm sensation in certain parts of your body, such as the chest or hands.

Allowing yourself to be guided into a peaceful, relaxed state facilitates this connection. Your Higher Self is the aspect of you that knows everything about you, loves you unconditionally, and has the support and knowledge to help you move forward in life in the best way possible.

Can Everyone Be Hypnotised?

Everyone can be “hypnotized” as the goal is to enter the natural theta state, where brain waves slow down, just like when you are daydreaming. By powerful techniques like rolling your eyeballs up, we are activating your visual cortex to enter the hypnotic state.

Even those who tend to overthink or are highly analytical can achieve hypnosis with our guidance.

As your QHHT practitioner, we serve as a guide, a facilitator in this process, creating a safe and nurturing environment for your journey of self-discovery and healing. We are not doing any healings. 

Your Higher Self will be taking charge throughout the whole experience. The power of this experience is that it is Your Higher Self will be providing guidance to Your Conscious Self. Just know that all the answers and the healing potential lie within you.

Suggestions For Post QHHT Session

Your session will be recorded, allowing you to revisit the insights at any time. Listening to the recording multiple times can help reinforce the wisdom gained and the healing you received during the session.

The QHHT session initiates a conscious connection with your Higher Self. In the days following our QHHT session, your Higher Self may continue to communicate with you, sometimes through your dreams. You might receive more messages and healings from your Higher Self, so stay open and attentive. 

It’s important to implement the suggestions given by your Higher Self immediately.

Prepare Yourself to Have a Great QHHT Session

  • Express Gratitude: Prior to your session, remember to send gratitude and love to your higher self, as it is eager to communicate with you.
 
  • Write Your Affirmation: “I have clear and direct communication with my higher self.” on a paper and stick a paper to the wall of the living room or bedroom. See this and repeat this affirmation as many times in a day. Start reassuring yourself several times a day that you connect to your higher self easily, and believe that you do.
 
  • Nurturing Your Connection with Your Higher Self: Start each day and end each night by gently communicating with your Higher Self. Speak from the heart, saying something like, “My QHHT session is on Monday at 10 am. I am open and ready for your guidance. Please help me answer my questions and facilitate healing. I am prepared to receive the wisdom and insights I need.”
 
  • Practice Meditation: Concentrating only on your breaths just for minimum 10 mins daily. Or just practice relaxing your full body and enjoy the feeling. It will help you in the day of your session.
 
  • Practice Visualization: Just close your eyes and try to imagine lying, walking, floating, or flying in a beautiful place.
 
  • Choosing Your Comfortable Outfit: Wear comfortable outfit with light, loose fitting cloths.

 
  • Prioritizing a Good Night’s Sleep: Get a good sleep at the night before the day of the session.
 
  • Clear Your Schedule for Reflection and Integration: Don’t put busy works before or after the QHHT session so that you have enough time to mentally prepare and integrate your new learning.
 
  • Clean Diet: A clean diet for at least two days before the QHHT session and one day following is required. Avoid alcohol, sugars and excessive caffeine (one cup in the morning is ok). On the day of the QHHT session, have a healthy breakfast (and lunch). Eat well but light before you have your session.

Crafting Thoughtful Questions for Your Higher Self

To ensure a smooth and insightful session, please prepare and send us a list of questions for your Higher Self at least one day before your session. Organizing your questions into categories can be helpful, and while there’s no limit to the number of questions you can ask, we aim to keep the hypnosis component around two hours for optimal comfort and focus. Prioritizing your questions and arranging them in an ordered list can facilitate a smoother flow of answers during the session. Here are some examples of the types of questions you might consider:

  • What is my purpose in life?
  • Am I on the right path? 
  • What is my true calling?
  • What do I really want in life?
  • How to feel more fulfilled in life?
  • What are my gifts and talents? How can I best utilize them?
  • What am I here to learn?
  • What can I do to move into a more purposeful direction/ spiritual path?
  • What is my obstacle or barrier to move forward?
  • I had something happened in my life. What might be the reason for that?
  • Why do I have specific dreams, unforgettable dreams?
  • How can I make a positive change in this world?

Career: 

  • What type of job or career should I pursue?
  • Am I in the right career?
  • Should I quit my job?
  • Should I take the new position?

 

Business: 

  • What should I do to grow my business?
  • How to get more clients?
  • How can I best utilise my time?
  • How to make sure I am making the right decision for my business?
  • How to improve my relationship with my partner / child / sibling / parent?
  • How can I be a better partner / parent? 
  • What is the relationship with my partner/ parents/ children/ best friends in my past lives?
  • Will I meet my soulmate?
